As one of the driving forces behind Abersoch Retreats, Chloe wears many hats — but her true passion lies in creating unforgettable moments for guests. From arranging private chefs and beachside picnics to the tiniest personal touches that make a stay feel special, Chloe’s focus is always on the details that turn a holiday into a memory. With a deep love for Abersoch and its coastal charm, she’s dedicated to making every guest experience feel effortless, personal and full of heart.

Co-Founder & Owner Relations Lead
As Co-Founder of Abersoch Retreats, Ben brings balance to the team — the steady hand behind the scenes and the go-to “tech guy” in an office full of creatives. He oversees the day-to-day running of the business and manages the office with calm precision, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Ben’s real passion lies in welcoming new property owners into the Abersoch Retreats family — building trusted relationships, guiding them through every detail, and ensuring each home reflects the quality and care the brand is known for.
Anna
Head of Housekeeping & Guest Care
As Head of Housekeeping, Anna ensures every Abersoch Retreats property meets the impeccable standards our guests have come to expect. She leads our in-house housekeeping and maintenance teams with care and precision, making sure every detail is perfect — from the first fresh linen to the final finishing touch. Anna also oversees our concierge housekeeping services, providing daily cleans and mid-stay refreshes for guests who want that extra touch of luxury. Calm, organised and endlessly dedicated, Anna and her team are the quiet magic behind every beautifully kept home.
