Avondale is a three storey property, situated in a prime location on the Abersoch High Street. A large renovation has just been completed for 2022 boasting many impressive new features. The exterior has been transformed with a beautifully oak framed building with a living sedum room and an outdoor kitchen, complete with BBQ, pizza oven, hob, and the all important wine cooler. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining come rain or shine with outdoor heaters.

A dramatic cinema room has been created with a bespoke sofa that fits all the family, surround sound and brand new X-Box for the gamers of the family. On a winters night, think movie marathons, blankets and snacks!

For the family members who enjoy a bit of 'zen', a yoga studio has been created complete with yoga mats and weights where guests can enjoy a slow flow and some meditation before a day of sea-side activities. We can arrange 1:1 fitness and yoga instructors during your stay.

Lastly, the living room has been redesigned and now features a warm and inviting log burner to settle down in-front of during those cooler seasons. Avondale has got you covered for the perfect summer holiday as well as a special winter retreat.

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Area

A good open space which features a two tone shaker style kitchen with granite worktops. Fitted American Fridge/Freezer, integrated wine cooler, Neff Oven and Microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and island with stainless steel sink.

Lounge

A recently redesigned lounge area with bi-folding doors to the rear patio. An A frame design fitted with glass panels to bring in plenty of natural light. Wall mounted TV with smart TV. Large sofa and wood burning stove.

Cinema Room

A newly refurbished all navy blue cinema room, with a bespoke velvet sofa, that's big enough for all of the family. Complete with smart TV, surround sound and X-box.

Utility

With washing machine and tumble dryer, boiler. Worktop with stainless steel sink and drainer. Window looking out to the back of the property.

Shower room

Walk-in shower. Vanity unit with wash basin and wall mounted mirror above. W/C.

Yoga Studio

A yoga studio has recently been created as a place of calm to practice yoga, meditate or work out. The studio is complete with weights and yoga mats.

We can arrange for 1:1 PT sessions and 1:1 yoga sessions during your stay.

A beautiful bathroom with vaulted ceilings, a free-standing bath in the centre of the room and chandelier above. Corner walk-in shower, WC, two wash basins with wall mounted mirrors. Frosted window looking out to the rear of the property.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4

King size room with bedside tables, free-standing wardrobe, chest drawers. Restricted headroom towards the front of the room. Partial sea views from the window. En-suite, A convenient space which features a walk-in rectangular shower. Floating wash basin with infinity mirror above. WC.

Bedroom 5

Recently redesigned superking bedroom, with zip and link bed, which gives guests the option of having two full sized single beds, instead of a superking.

This bedroom features an open wardrobe with four shelves.

Family Bathroom

A luxury bathroom with a large corner bath. Floating contemporary vanity unit with Jack and Jill basins. Back to wall WC, heated towel rail and large walk in shower. This decadent bathroom has been finished to a particularly high standard and has panelled walls and a real coastal feel.

Outside

The outdoor area has been recently remodelled to feature an outdoor kitchen covered by an oak pergola which living sedum roof.

The kitchen is full of impressive features which include a gas BBQ, induction two pan hob, pizza oven and wine cooler.

The kitchen is complete with a bespoke polished cement sink, which fits in the BBQ grill trays, polished cement worktops and oak seating area with hanging outdoor lights.

  • The outdoor area features an outdoor sofa, outdoor heaters and bespoke polished cement dining table.
  • The outdoor area also boast an outdoor shower and bespoke polished cement dog wash.
  • There is one outdoor shed behind the outdoor kitchen which guests have access to, to use as a storage facility.
  • We can arrange for a BBQ chef to cook for guests during their stay.
