Coed Yr Afon has a modern fitted kitchen – built in combi oven/microwave , electric hob, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. A large velux window floods the space with natural light. The informal dining area consists of four bar stools along a breakfast bar.
The open plan kitchen/dining room stretches into a seating area, making the space a perfect space for entertaining and social cooking.
Coastal feel sofas surround a large coffee table.
The kitchen/diner/living room are one step up from entry level.
Down one step from the open plan kitchen/diner/living room is a spacious hallway where guests will enter from either the front door or the back door.
In the hallway there is a small square table that folds out into a longer dining table. There are two seats, however the bedrooms all have occasional chairs which can be brought out should guests require more seating.
The snug is a cozy space for all the family to snuggle down into the plush sofa and gather around the wall mounted smart TV. The snug is styled with beautiful coastal feel accessories.
Bedroom one is a large king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Two bedside tables with reading lamps, large double wardrobe and chest of drawers provide storage for guests.
Patio doors open onto the rear balcony.

Coed Yr Afon boasts a well maintained, good sized garden with a lawn area and well established borders. The garden is secured with a fence around the perimeter and a gate to enter.
Please note that there is a stream that runs next to the garden.
A raised patio provides outdoor seating area for six guests.
Guests can enjoy views onto open countryside whilst catching the last of the Abersoch sunshine on Coed Yr Afon's balcony.
