Hyfrydle is all about that view. Guests can enjoy everything the Llyn Peninsula has to offer, from vast open undisturbed countryside with dairy cows in the neighbouring field, to views of the St Tudwals Islands to the left and views of Porth Neigwl to the right. On a clear day guests will enjoy views of the Snowdonia National Park.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall

A spacious entrance area with a large wooden bench, leading into a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen

A well-designed contemporary kitchen with pale grey shaker style fully fitted units, white quartz worktops and blue green splashback tiles.

There is a large central island with blue shaker style cupboards and a beautiful oak workshop. The island works well for casual dining, seating four on bar stools, as well as serving as an additional preparation area.

There is a large double oven range with two ovens and an 5 zone induction hob.

A large American fridge/freezer and functional cupboard space means plenty of space for food storage. There is an integrated dishwasher, so no washing up!

Living room/Dining room

An excellent space to relax after a day at the beach, this good sized sumptuous living area with tiled flooring and jute rug has a real coastal feel.

The more formal dining area seats up to eight persons on ratan chairs and a wooden bench. The open plan space allows sociable cooking and dining.

In the corner of the room is an occasional chair, side table, lamp and footstool, a perfect place to curl up and read a book.

Large sliding doors overlook the St Tudwals Islands on the left and across to Porth Neigwl (Hells Mouth) on the right. The doors open up the whole South facing rear of the house to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor living space.

The dining area flows into the living area. With its cool blue tones, making for a most comfortable place to relax with friends and family. There are two sofas, a central coastal coffee table and a media unit with flat screen smart tv. Plenty of lamps create ambient lighting of an evening.

Across from the kitchen area is a stunning log burning fire set within an inglenook fireplace, with two occasional chairs and a chess board for competitive winter evenings. The fireplace has retained plenty of character with exposed original stone work.

Bathroom

This bathroom really has the wow factor, with a free standing navy bath tub that has the best view in the house! Open up the double shutters and relax with a glass of something, taking in the sea views.

Sea views extend to the large stand alone shower, with a marble back drop and large powerful shower head.

A large hand basin is in the centre of a beautifully styled bathroom with coastal feel panelling, gold shell mirror and shell wall art.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom one is a is a spacious double bedroom with a wood bed and coastal feel accessories.

There is a white shaker style double wardrobe and two navy bed side tables for storage.

An occasional chair is next to sliding doors, which open out onto South facing sea views of the St Tudwals Islands.

Bedroom 2

A comfortable twin bedroom, sleeping two persons in two single beds.

A double ratan style wardrobe and centre bedside table provide plentiful storage.

An occasional chair sits beside sliding doors that open on to the back garden, providing Sea views of Porth Neigwl.

Bedroom 3

A beautiful king sized bed sits in the centre of the room, with two bed side tables either side.

A large pine, double wardrobe makes for beautiful clothes storage.

An occasional chair sits beside sliding doors, providing far reaching Sea views over Cardigan Bay.

En-Suite

A beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with a marble walk in shower, navy shaker style vanity unit with sink and back to wall WC.

The en-suite is beautifully styled with navy splash back tiles, wooden mirror and hanging light.

Utility

A comfortable space with a washing machine, tumble drier, belfast sink and microwave.

Garden

Without a doubt one of the main features of Hyfrydle is the fantastic South facing views. Guests can enjoy everything the Llyn Peninsula has to offer, from vast open undisturbed countryside with dairy cows in the neighbouring field, to views of the St Tudwals Islands to the left and towards Porth Neigwl to the right. On a clear day guests will enjoy views of the Snowdonia National Park. An outdoor patio area is home to an eight person outdoor table and parsol, where guests can enjoy use of the Webber gas BBQ. The large 'L' shaped outdoor sofa is the perfect place for guests to relax and take in the views. There is also an outdoor shower allowing guests to cool off after a sandy day at the beach.

A private driveway with space for a number of cars.

Steps lead down to the front door of the property.

Step-less entrance down the side of the property, through the gate and entrance round the rear door.
