Entering the property through the back door, guests will arrive into the kitchen.
The kitchen is a modern L-shaped space with plenty of work surface space to cook up a storm.
From the kitchen there is a beautifully light and airy living space. To the rear of the room, closest to the kitchen is a wooden table, seating four guests with modern up cycled chairs.
Across from the dining table is a log burning stove for chilly winter nights.
To the front of the property, below a large window is a twin seater leather sofa. There is a second twin seater leather sofa below the staircase.
For guests entertainment there is a large, wall mounted Smart TV.
At the top of the stairs is a spacious and modern family bathroom with a large corner bath tub, a walk in shower, hand basin and W/C.
At the front of the property is bedroom 1. This is the master bedroom with a king sized bed with two bedside tables with storage and a reading lamp each side.
Bedroom 2 is situated to the rear of the property and sleeps two guests in two single beds.
'To the rear of the property is a small patio area where guests can enjoy BBQ's.
There is a grassed area for children and pets to play.
Note: Although the garden is enclosed, the wall is low.
There is a private driveway to the left of the property which will allow off road parking for two cars.
Additional vehicles can be parked on-road nearby in timed parking spaces or in the parking eye car park directly across from the property.
Morfryn is located in the centre of Abersoch village, directly across from the village hall on the one way system, making access to all local amenities convenient.
