A well-appointed kitchen is located in a open planned living space, perfect for sociable cooking and entertaining.
A large integrated fridge/freezer allows for plenty of food storage for all the family.
Situated next to the open plan kitchen, the dining area has a stylish wooden table with bench seating for six guests.
An excellent open plan space to both entertain and relax, with twin patio doors that open out onto the decking area allows the perfect space for indoor/outdoor dining on a sunny Abersoch day. On cooler evenings, pour a glass of wine, relax on the large sofa, enjoy the electric fire.
A smaller room complete with bunkbeds. The room for two alllows for plenty of storage with a double wardrobe and two drawer units with overhead cuboard.
Directly opposite bedroom one. A bathroom complete with toilet and modern hand basin.
A stylish modern bathroom. Stand alone shower with overhead and hand held shower heads. Toilet and modern hand basin on top of toilertries storage with lighted mirror.
A larger room complete with large king sized bed with lamped bed side table drawers at each side. Overhead the bed has built in storage, to the foot of the bed is a dressing table and hanging mirror. The room also has a large full length mirrored sliding wardrobe.

N7 boasts a large outdoor space surrounding the area of the chalet. The front deck includes a large wicker dining table that seats four guests. complete with comfortable seat cushions, guests can alfresco dine into the evening.
The deck at N7 is also complete with two sun loungers and large gas BBQ perfect for summer days amd evenings.
N7 is on an elevated position with four steps to gain entry into the chalet.
Towards the front of N7, there is a path leading directly to the idyllic warren beach. Around 200 yards from door to beach.
The shed outside is home to the washing machine and guest storage perfect for all wet and sandy beach equipment.
Off-road parking for two cars is available directly to the left side of the chalet.
Note: Towels are included at this property.
Note: Although the chalet is all on one level, there are steps up to access the chalet.
Guest watercraft is not permitted.
Caravans/campervans, commercial vehicals, boats or jet skis are not to be parked on site.
