A cozy and comfortable living room consists of a large 'L' shaped soft placed in front of a log burning stove.

A Smart TV is positioned in the corner of the living room.

Master Bedroom

A spacious king sized bedroom is decorated in earthy tones. Two bed side tables, one double wardrobe and one chest of drawers provide guests with storage.

Leading from the master bedroom is a modern en-suite bathroom.

En-Suite Bathroom

A modern en-suite leads from the master bedroom. The room consists of W/C, hand basin with storage above and below, a stand alone electric shower and heated towel rail.

Family Bathroom

Across from bedroom two and three is a family bathroom. This bathroom has a W/C, freestanding hand basin, heated towel rail and a bath tub with an overhead electric shower.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two sleeps three guests. A double bottom bunk has a single bed above.

Bedroom three is slightly larger than bedroom two.

Patio doors from the living/dining room lead out onto a deck.

A large 'L' shaped outdoor sofa allows guests to relax with drinks after a days of adventures with sea views across Abersoch harbour beach.

A six seater outdoor table allows guests to enjoy indoor/outdoor dining on a warm summers evening.

Guests have use of a charcoal BBQ.

Beyond the deck, to the rear of the property there is a garden where children can play.

The patio/garden is fully secure with mid-height gates for children/pets.

Parking

The driveway is shared with the property to the right, however there is plenty of parking to the left for three cars.
