Situated next to the open plan kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests on bench seats. An excellent open plan space to both entertain and relax, twin French doors open out onto the decking area allowing for indoor/outdoor living.
Situated next to the kitchen/dining room is an open plan living room. Gathered around a Smart TV are two, two seater sofas and one occasional chair. The living room TV has a Sky package which includes Sky Sports.
The smaller of the two twin bedrooms complete with two full sized single beds. The room for two allows for plenty of storage with a double wardrobe and a bedside table with two drawers.

The en-suite bathroom consists of W/C, modern hand basin with vanity mirror storage, heated towel rail and a walk in shower.
A fully enclosed outside decked area is a perfect spot for catching some Abersoch sun on the two sun loungers.
Guests can gather round and enjoy drinks on the outside ratan sofa, which seats three as well as two singular ratan chairs.
A four seater cube outdoor table allows guest to enjoy outdoor dining.
Guests can enjoy use of the four seater hot tub.
Off-road parking for two cars is available directly to the left side of the chalet.
Although the chalet is all on one level, there are steps up to access the chalet.
Guest watercraft is not permitted.
Caravans/campervans, commercial vehicles, boats or jet skis are not to be parked on site.
