Flowing from the kitchen is a dining area built into a beautiful bay window with sea views over Bwlchtocyn and Abersoch. There are three dining chairs and built in bench seating along the window.

To the left of the kitchen is an open plan living room with three twin seater sofas surrounding a log burner. Besides the log burner is an occasional chair. The space is a great entertaining area with a smart TV for movie nights and board games for competitive family fun. Bi-fold doors open out onto a patio area and provide the living room with both countryside and sea views.

A twin bedroom with two full sized twin beds are separated by two bedside tables and a reading lamp. Guests have a large chest of drawers and an open hanging rail for storage. Placed on top of the chest of drawers is a smart TV for guest entertainment. Bedroom 1 has both countryside and sea views.
A double bed has a bedside table and reading lamp either side. At the base of the bed an occasional chair is placed. For storage guests have a double, mirrored wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has both countryside and sea views.
A king sized bed is in the centre of the room, on either side are two drawer bedside tables, both with reading lamps. At the base of the bed is a double, mirrored wardrobe. To the left of the room is an en-suite bathroom.
Surrounding the property is a paved courtyard where guests can enjoy al fresco dining. There is a metal table and four chairs for guests to enjoy sundowners and take in the views across Cardigan Bay. In addition to the courtyard guests can use a private field and enjoy competitive family games or plan seasonal picnics.
There is a gated private driveway to the property and there is plenty of parking outside the property for multiple cars.
